Gosney LTC, LLC is hiring for Operations Managers on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include
Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, including but not limited to managing
pharmacy staff and work schedules, managing inventory, ensuring the safe storage of
prescription drugs, controlled substances, and reviewing prescription details.
Developing policies, procedures and protocols for pharmacy staff.
Participating in the hiring process for pharmacy positions and coordinate pharmacy staff
Creating, maintaining, updating and enforcing pharmacy standards in pharmacy
- Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or foreign equivalent.
Requires 2 years’ work experience in the offered position or related position.
Requires 2 years’ work experience in the following:
Dispensing prescriptions by following standard operating procedures;
- Ensuring that policies, Federal, State laws, and regulations in all prescription related
issues, including HIPAA are followed;
- Ensuring that all control drug policies and procedures as required by State, Federal, and
Company guidelines are followed; and
- Verifying that all required pharmacy, pharmacist and technician licenses/registrations
are current and valid as required by State, Federal, and Company guidelines.
